How does the relationship with your baby feel right now? The Postpartum Bonding Questionnaire (PBQ), developed by Professor Ian Brockington and colleagues in the UK, has 25 questions about how you feel toward your baby in your recent experience. It takes about five minutes and gives four separate scale scores, each compared with the authors' published cut-off, plus practical next steps. It is a screening questionnaire, not a diagnosis. The Chinese version is Treehole Hong Kong's own translation and has not been psychometrically validated.
