Does parenting leave you running on empty? The Parental Burnout Assessment (PBA) is a 23-question research questionnaire on four signs of parental burnout: exhaustion, feeling you are no longer the parent you were, feeling fed up, and emotional distance from your children. It takes about five minutes and gives you a 0–138 score, a read of each area, and practical next steps.
