我們時常依賴一杯咖啡來提神，像早上一杯「苦口良藥」，喝下才能迎接忙碌的一天。但你曾否停下匆忙的步伐，仔細品嚐每一口咖啡？

細味咖啡，才發現它遠不止於苦澀。咖啡除了提神，還能幫我們提升專注力。

本次工作坊我們會學習以手沖 (hand drip) 方式沖煮單品咖啡 (single origin)，為自己親身沖一壺手沖咖啡，打開五感品嚐咖啡，同時探索靜觀的基本概念。享受精品咖啡的細緻風味，練習從紛擾的生活中專注當下，從忙碌中暫且抽離，回復內心的平靜。
