影響力：聲線、鏡射與發問
透過實際練習，參加者會學習如何運用聲線、心理學小技巧如鏡射和有效的發問來提高自己在銷售過程中的影響力，並建立更好的客戶關係，提高銷售成果。
打造專屬銷售語言
參加者將根據自己所負責的商品或服務，分析客戶需求，並結合心理學制定專屬的銷售套路，與同事進行實際練習，務求提升自己的銷售能力。
