Do you shop to change your mood, or find it hard to cut back? The Bergen Shopping Addiction Scale (BSAS) is a seven-question screen developed at the University of Bergen, Norway, built around seven core signs of addiction. It takes about two minutes and shows your total score, how many of the signs you agreed with, and practical next steps. The Chinese items are Treehole Hong Kong's own translation and have not been psychometrically validated.
