活動內容

人性的弱點:認知謬誤

你覺得自己理智嗎?心理學研究發現,每個人都有不同的認知謬誤(Cognitive Biases), 使得我們沒有辦法準確地作出判斷。在「人性的弱點」園區, 參加者會嘗試節奏明快的破冰遊戲,並藉此學習識辨、消除、 甚至利用認知謬誤。

讀心術:團隊溝通

了解他人、與被他人了解是每一個人與生俱來的需要。在「讀心術」園區,參加者會嘗試各項團隊競賽,嘗試推測對方的心理狀態,並在過程當中嘗試更好地表達自己,了解對方, 從而促進團隊溝通效率。

精神核心:動力、意義感與團隊目標

哲學家尼采說過:「知道為何而活的人,能以任何方式活下去」。 所以,要找到長遠動力, 認識自己的長處和目標變相當重要。在「精神核心」園區,參加者會體驗 BIG5 性格測試和動力想像法(Motivation Imagery), 達致知彼知己, 發現長遠動力的效果。
