The adventure map
Three zones, one psychology adventure
Three zones, one adventure guided by psychology.
01Zone 01
Human Flaws: Cognitive Biases
Think you're rational? Research shows everyone carries cognitive biases that get in the way of sound judgement. In the “Human Flaws” zone, your team takes on fast-paced icebreakers and learns to spot, defuse and even harness those biases.
02Zone 02
Mind-Reading: Team Communication
To understand and be understood is a basic human need. In the “Mind-Reading” zone, your team takes on contests, reads each other's mental states, and practises expressing themselves more clearly, sharpening how the team communicates.
03Zone 03
Core of Meaning: Drive, Purpose & Shared Goals
Nietzsche wrote, “He who has a why to live can bear almost any how.” Lasting motivation starts with knowing your strengths and goals. In the “Core of Meaning” zone, your team works through the Big Five and Motivation Imagery, coming to know themselves and each other and uncovering what drives them for the long run.

What makes him stand out as a trainer is that the examples he shares are very relatable to both personal & professional life. He has a good sense of humour too. All these add up making him a trustable L&D partner, knowing how to foster growth & resilience in corporate culture

Very skilled at understanding what are client’s training needs and the training session is simply captivating. What’s more, he always keep in mind what behaviours and mindsets need to be changed for the audience and offer applicable advises based on a psychological approach.

Kenneth Lee
Supervisor (Innovation and Creativity), The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups (HKFYG)
It was very different from a typical training - more like an open dialogue in a psychologically safe environment where all can share, and a chance for us to look inwards and raise our self-awareness on our ways of communication. The workplace communication workshop received very good feedback from the team - I can feel the energy and engagement throughout the process, and the approach of learning through activity matches with the young and energetic style of our team.
