參加者會首先進行一個小遊戲。他們需要在特定時間內中完成任務。而在任務中願意接受失敗的隊伍往往有更好的成績。我們以這個遊戲帶出工作坊的重要概念:學習成長思維去促進失敗中的成長
透過分享和比較成長思維和固定思維,參加者能夠更清晰地理解兩者的思路不同和所帶來的行為差異,並透過個人分享和小組練習提高對不同思維的覺察,嘗試在生活情景下運用更多成長思維。
參加者將透過小組練習學習如何在逆境中運用成長思維,並將成長思維融入日常溝通之中,令團隊能共同積極地面對工作,最大化成長思維帶來的好處。
