無論個人抑或團隊都曾面對挫折，但不同的思維能決定我們挫折過後是甘願一蹶不振還是願意重振旗鼓，迎難而上。在這個工作坊裏，我們會透過遊戲和練習向參加者分享由心理學家 Carol Derek 所提出的成長思維，令參加者能學習在逆境保持韌性，為自己和團隊建立及更積極的生活和工作氛圍。
培訓目標
活動內容
成功的必經之路
參加者會首先進行一個小遊戲。他們需要在特定時間內中完成任務。而在任務中願意接受失敗的隊伍往往有更好的成績。我們以這個遊戲帶出工作坊的重要概念：學習成長思維去促進失敗中的成長
成長思維 VS 固定思維
透過分享和比較成長思維和固定思維，參加者能夠更清晰地理解兩者的思路不同和所帶來的行為差異，並透過個人分享和小組練習提高對不同思維的覺察，嘗試在生活情景下運用更多成長思維。
融入生活和工作
參加者將透過小組練習學習如何在逆境中運用成長思維，並將成長思維融入日常溝通之中，令團隊能共同積極地面對工作，最大化成長思維帶來的好處。
