Nurturing Future Leaders

這個課程旨在為企業的未來領袖(Hi-Po)或管理培訓生(Management Trainees)打好基礎,令他們能快人一步成為出色的管理人才。透過由淺入深的培訓內容,參加者各方面的管理技能將得以發展,包括激發同事動機(Staff Motivation)、工作授權(Delegation)和決策能力等。我們同時會以心理學為基礎,為他們培養良好的管理心態 — 成長思維。

活動內容

從個人蛻變成管理層

在第一個環節我們首先協助參加者理解一般員工和管理層角色的差異,並探討如何成功地過渡為管理層。通過有趣的案例研究和小組活動,參加者將學習如何適應職責和期望上的轉變,並從而培養由管理層角度思考和處理工作。

了解員工動機和工作授權

透過小組討論和案例分析,參加者將學習如何了解不同員工的動機,並有效地將工作授權給他們處理。他們會簡單理解心理學上有關動機力的理論(Motivation Theory),並了解如何根據個人特點和團隊目標來制定適當的授權方法,從而有效提升他們的管理技巧,建立高效能的團隊。

成長思維(Growth Mindset)— 持續發展自己和團隊

作為未來管理層,除了培養他們個人擁有成長思維外,我們亦希望他們能將成長思維帶入團隊,令他們能帶領團隊共同面對挑戰,培養更好的回饋和成長文化。同時,他們將探討如何激勵團隊成員發揮潛力,並建立一個支持成長和學習的團隊文化。
