This workshop helps Hi-Po employees and management trainees build the foundation to becoming an effective manager. Through our layered contents, they will acquire valuable leadership skills such as staff motivation, delegation and decision making. Through introduction to growth mindset, they will also gain the mindset of growth and constant improvements.

Workshop Content

Transformation: Level Up!

Participants will understand the differences between general staff and management roles and successfully explore the transition from a junior position to a management position. Through case studies and group activities, participants will learn to adapt to the responsibilities and expectations of the role and develop a management perspective in their approach to work.

Understanding Motivation: The Drive Behind

With group discussions and case analysis, participants will learn to understand the motivations of other staff and delegate tasks to them effectively. They will gain a basic understanding of motivation in psychology and learn how to develop appropriate delegation methods based on individual characteristics and team goals, enhancing their management skills and building an effective team.

Essentials for New Managers: Growth Mindset

As future management professionals, participants need to cultivate a Growth Mindset personally and bring such an attitude to the team, leading everyone to face challenges together. With a Growth Mindset, participants will unleash their team member’s highest potential and establish a feedback-seeking culture that promotes continuous learning and development.
