培訓目標
活動內容
自我揭露：借物喻人
在緊密溝通和合作之先，參加者以一件虛擬物件或工作紙表達自己，藉此加深對不同成員的了解，尤其工作環境以外的不同模樣，有助成員更自由地發揮自己及多角度地了解對方。
情境求生練習：你一言，我一語
參加者會以特殊的情景或物件進行討論，當中他們有可能需要在各執己見下嘗試達成共識，並留意團隊中成員不同的角色對團隊合作的影響。他們能在當中體會不同的溝通模式，並學習建造更有心理安全感的平台。
寓工作於遊戲
在最後的團隊活動中，參加者會共同進行高難度的挑戰。在挑戰當中有不同模礙工作的元素和身分角色，參加者在完成遊戲後能深入地跟據活動的元素進行討論並探討日常團隊合作能作出的改變和進步。
