Team building is not just about games and activities. We are actively involved in tailor-made team building activities for your team, using experiential learning as the main axis, using games and activities to bring out the key points of reflection and discussion for your team, and creating an open atmosphere for members to feel psychologically safe and honestly present their views to facilitate team communication and progress.

Workshop Content

Life as a Metaphor

Express oneself through a virtual object or worksheet to foster close communication and collaboration. Participants can deepen their understanding of team members beyond the working environment.

The Art of Communication

Go on a discussion where they need to reach a consensus and observe how different roles and personalities influence the result of the discussion. Participants will also learn to create a discourse platform with psychological safety.

Work Hard Play Hard

Participants will engage in challenging team building activities with role-play and work elements. Upon completion, participants will discuss and explore the team's potential changes for further collaboration improvements.
