場地：樹洞之導師可提供上門 Team Building 服務。亦可由我方代爲安排場地，選址遍佈九龍、港島、新界，適合各種大型、小型活動。

地區：我們樂意前往香港鄰近地區，如澳門、深圳、廣州、台灣、東南亞一帶提供服務。就較大型的活動，我們更可到訪世界各地。
 
語言：所有活動皆能以廣東話、英文、普通話提供。

Team Building 活動中，學員透過導師的協助重新思考他們的合作方式。如果導師觀察到有位表達能力高但性格內向的同事，便能引導他多表達己見，使他建立自信心，也令其他同事意識到他的長處。 總而言之，Team Building 是要提供一個類近工作的環境，但讓同事自由嘗試，放心失敗的環境。藉以揭示原有團隊關係或工作模式的特性，並發現改進的契機。

In Team Building activities, participants, with the guidance of a facilitator, rethink their collaborative approaches. For example, if a facilitator observes a highly articulate but introverted colleague, they can guide them to express their opinions more often, helping them build confidence and allowing other team members to recognize their strengths. In summary, Team Building aims to provide a work-like environment where colleagues can freely experiment and feel safe to fail. This approach reveals the characteristics of existing team dynamics or work patterns and uncovers opportunities for improvement.
