How has life been feeling lately? The ONS4 are the four personal well-being questions the UK Office for National Statistics asks in its national surveys: life satisfaction, whether the things you do feel worthwhile, yesterday's happiness and yesterday's anxiety. It takes about 30 seconds and gives you each of the four ratings on its own, read against the ONS thresholds, with practical next steps.
