Do certain sounds — chewing, slurping, sniffing, keyboard tapping — set off a wave of anger or tension you cannot switch off? MisoQuest is a 14-statement questionnaire developed at the University of Warsaw to screen for misophonia, a decreased tolerance to specific sounds. It takes about three minutes and gives you a 14–70 score, a personal read and practical next steps.
