Interactive Mindfulness for Team Building

To explore how psychology can be applied to personal relationships and in workplace, through mindful communication and team cooperation


The interactive workshop employs mindful communication and team cooperation, to explore how psychology can be applied to professional and personal relationships through mindfulness. The positive effects of mindfulness on stress relief, concentration and resilience have been vaulted by a pool of research.

The workshop will be an experience to engage the team as a whole. Through mindfulness, participants will learn to express themselves candidly. In the long run, it contributes to the cohesiveness of the team and reduces cost incurred by interpersonal conflicts. This course also comes with a “mindfulness exercise pack” for your company that can be used for on-going practice, for on-going outcome.

Part 1: Experiencing mindfulness

Mindfulness training is an effective way to relieve stress, with scientific support. A series of interactive sessions, such as breathing exercise and mindful eating, help relaxing work pressure. Beyond this one-off experience, participants could apply mindfulness in workplace. Its impacts are especially valuable in high-stressed environments, like social service and business negotiation. 

Part 2: George Kelly's personality test 

Different from traditional personality test, George Kelly's one aims to explore how an individual understands own world. Through this novel experience, participants could look into own values and strengths and weaknesses on work. 

Part 3: Team sharing and listening 

Participants are guided to share their George Kelly's personality test results, to learn other's ways of solving problem and value and further boost the team cohesion. Our experience accumulated from previous workshops tells it is amusing one.
