離開室內團隊建立，讓團隊擁抱自然環境，在自由自在的大自然下一起調整屬於團隊的步伐。過程中我們會邀請你的團隊利用天然資源進行團隊建立活動，例如建構代表團隊獨一無二的作品，並加入成員自我反思，代入他人和團隊發現的元素，為你的團隊建立舒適和有趣的共同回憶，加強被此了解和關係。
培訓目標
活動內容
親親大自然
參加者透過一連串團隊活動去細味大自然的不同面貌，並融入在大自然舒適的環境當中。他們可能需要尋找大自然中的小動物，又或搜集天然素材製作屬於團隊的照片等。他們在當中會學習留意及欣賞他人。
陪著你走
參加者會分批共同經歷一段山徑。在途中他們除了欣賞景色外，更重要的是要留意身邊同伴的需要，關心團隊中的每位成員。在旅程中段亦會有簡單的團隊活動令他們有機會表達自己的感受和需要。
照顧彼此的需要
在最後的環節，組別會互相分享在這趟旅程後的成果。他們亦會利用這段時間作出個人反思，並向成員分享他們的得著，發現及行動的改變，為建立更好的團隊各出一分力。
