我們的心理學顧問會聯絡每位客戶了解你團隊的特質與需要,再設計你專屬的團隊體驗。而以下是一些我們的常用手法。
體驗式培訓工作坊
針對團隊的實際需要,挑選不同難度及培訓重點的體驗培訓活動。由導師帶領團隊去經歷、探索、反思、再嘗試學以致用。工作坊包括低結構歷奇培訓活動,可加入相關心理學題材的簡短講座。
室外城市定向挑戰
在富香港歷史特色的區域內尋找提示及完成團隊任務。在節奏明快的定向環節中,隊員需了解同事強項以妥善分工、跨越距離互通資訊。這活動一方面讓團隊學習在新常態下保持工作效益;另一方面,提供一個機會讓缺少見面、社交的同事享受一次共同的親身遊歷。
主題式培訓活動
將心理學概念結合富主題性團體活動,讓團隊以全新角度認識同事。充滿故事性及趣味,但同時以任務考驗團隊解難能力、抗逆力及目標導向的執行力。活動後,由擁有心理學資歷的導師帶領討論及分享。
團隊遠足體驗
放下日常工作壓力,走入大自然與團隊調整腳步。遠足時大家步伐不一,需要互相留意、扶持。旅程中途加入小組活動,鼓勵參加者代入他人角度,以五感欣賞大自然萬物共生、和而不同的美。除了給予空間讓參加者進行個人反思,導師會邀請小組利用天然資源,建構代表團隊的作品並分享新發現。
