管理個人及團隊目標需要一套行之有效的工具。近年不同的國際企業如 Google 和 Linkedin 等都將一套績效管理工具發揮得淋漓盡致，它便是目標及關鍵成果 Objective and Key Results (OKR)。在這個培訓內，參加者會學習績效管理的概念，掌握並運用 OKR 來訂立目標和提升團隊效能，從而改善團隊的表現。
