Who do you feel you can lean on? The MSPSS (Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support) is a 12-statement questionnaire developed by Zimet and colleagues (1988) on how supported you feel by your family, your friends and a special person in your life. It takes about three minutes and gives you an overall score and a score for each source of support, with ideas for next steps.
