設計思維(Design Thinking):解鎖創意解難的能力

設計思維是一種以人為本 (Human-centered) 的創新方法 (Innovation)。本工作坊將引導參與者體驗同理心 (Empathy) 和以使用者 (Persona) 為中心的思考方式,透過互動式的學習元素,如角色扮演、遊戲及其他練習,使學習更加實用和深刻。參與者將學習到設計思維的理念和流程,並增強他們的問題解決與創造性思考能力。

  • 深入理解設計思維背後的原理,以設計思維應對各種企業挑戰
  • 增強同理心與用戶中心思考,以推出真正從用家角度出發的產品和服務
  • 透過以創新思維作為思考問題的根基,提升創新與問題解決能力

活動內容

設計你的夢想橋樑

此活動作為工作坊的開場,確保每位參與者能發揮其內在的設計思維能力。參與者將按自己的方式設計一座橋樑,之後他們將意識到我們解決問題的方式各不相同。

發現設計思維的框架

定義設計思維為一種問題解決工具,包含三個階段:靈感(Inspiration)、構思(Ideation)和實施(Implementation)。此階段的理解對於有效運用設計思維至關重要。透過此活動,參與者將能夠深刻理解如何將設計思維應用於實際問題解決中,從而提升他們的創新能力和實踐技巧。

同理心訪談

參與者通過深入問答來理解受訪者的需求和情感,從受訪者角度看待問題。此活動不僅用於收集數據,還重在培養從他人視角理解問題的能力。活動中,參與者將使用開放式問題進行訪談,深挖見解,並使用同理心地圖 (Empathy Map)、用戶角色畫像 (User Persona) 和用戶旅程時間線 (User Journey Timeline) 等工具來視覺化資訊,幫助理解和整理訪談資料,轉化為設計思維的具體輸出。
