This training explores the power of mindfulness, and guide the participants to understand stress and using mindfulness to combat stress. Through this training, they can also incorporate mindfulness into their everyday lives, and build resilience and emotional regulation for the future.
The Secret to Managing Stress
Participants will gain a deeper understanding of stress, including its positive effects (Eustress) and effective coping techniques. Through mindfulness practices, participants can relax and be more aware of their stress and emotions, leading to better stress management and work-life balance.
Mindful Communication
With engaging perspective-taking (視角代入) exercises, participants will learn to use mindful communication skills to view things from others' perspectives. Then, they will learn to practise constructive conversation, respond to conflicts more empathetically, and effectively manage the stress from interpersonal relationships.
Our Search for Meaning
Under the trainer’s guidance, participants will explore their meaning of work and life according to Viktor Frankl’s ideology. Participants will be more optimistic and resilient in the face of adversity when striving for meaningful goals.
