Through various role-play, participants will learn and practise multiple listening and questioning techniques. It ensures a proper understanding of others’ perspectives before expressing their own opinions to avoid communication barriers and misunderstandings.

Participants will learn the steps for preparing negotiations, including strategies for setting personal boundaries and handling opposing viewpoints. With different role-playing scenarios, participants can practise techniques like Non-Violent Communication and Expectation Management to achieve a desirable negotiation outcome.
