City Hunt: Aberdeen Voyager's Secret

By combining a fast-paced city orientation with team building, team members will be able to find tips and complete team tasks through a clear division of labor, cross-distance information transfer and strategic management, enhance team communication and build shared memories, and get to know a little bit of Hong Kong while building a team in Aberdeen, which is full of fishing village culture.

Workshop Content

Know Yourself, Know Others

Participants will deepen their understanding of team members outside of the work environment through various ice-breaking games. Participants will also observe and appreciate each other’s strengths to develop their talents in future tasks.

The Adventure Awaits

They will embark on a city adventure in Aberdeen and Ap Lei Chau by finding clues and completing team challenges, filling up a mysterious notebook from a seaman. They need to communicate with different team members and learn to allocate resources effectively to overcome obstacles through teamwork.

A Voyage of Discoveries

Complete bonus tasks and share insights, reflections, appreciation and discoveries about their team, thus bringing new inspirations to the team dynamics for future collaborations.
