Participants can deepen their understanding of team members beyond the working environment.<\/p>\n<p>The Art of Communication<\/p>\n<p>Go on a discussion where they need to reach a consensus and observe how different roles and personalities influence the result of the discussion. Participants will also learn to create a discourse platform with psychological safety.<\/p>\n<p>Work Hard Play Hard<\/p>\n<p>Participants will engage in challenging team building activities with role-play and work elements.
