Participants will learn to identify, eliminate, and utilise cognitive biases by joining fast-paced ice-breaking games in training.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">How to Read people\u2019s Minds?<\/p>\n<p>To understand and to be understood are fundamental human needs. Participants will join various team competitions and understand others\u2019thoughts and feelings. It encourages participants to be better in expressing themselves, promoting team efficiency in communication with deeper mutual understanding.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">Ignite the Inner Spark<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;He who has a why to live for can bear almost any how.&#8221; \u2015 Friedrich Nietzsche. Staying motivated and understanding one&#8217;s strengths and goals are essential.
