It ensures a proper understanding of others\u2019 perspectives before expressing their own opinions to avoid communication barriers and misunderstandings.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">Shaping the Space for Discourse<\/p>\n<p>Participants will learn to build a constructive dialogue space and establish psychological safety in challenging communication situations. Participants will also engage in actual-work-based scenario discussions to apply negotiation skills in workplaces.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">Go Far, Go Together<\/p>\n<p>Participants will learn the steps for preparing negotiations, including strategies for setting personal boundaries and handling opposing viewpoints.
