By completing group tasks with a 3D printing pen, participants will explore how to reignite such curiosity in their daily lives and work.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">Mindful Breathing &amp; Communication<\/p>\n<p>Mindfulness emphasises being attentive to the small details of life with curiosity and an open mind. Participants will learn to manage stress through breathing exercises, and mindful communication to understand each other&#8217;s needs, fostering a better working relationship. It also serves as a foundation for the gift-making part afterwards.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">The Gift in the Making<\/p>\n<p>Team members will create unique gifts for each other based on their preferences and needs.
